Work in a team environment providing technical support and part numbers to service providers, manufacturer reps, equipment dealers, and end users over the phone and via email.
Should have strong technical background with commercial cooking equipment, working with gas and electric controls. Individual must be able to read, analyze and interpret general business documents, procedures, and electronic schematics. Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries professionally. This is a fast-paced position that must be able to balance multiple priorities. Must be willing to take on-call duties on a rotating basis.
